Nicolas du Mont has an extensive experience as a psychiatrist since 1990, has been an academic professional in different positions since 1992, over 12 years as a clinical administrator, over 10 years as a community-based organization executive, with experience as research psychiatrist for four years and trained in digital marketing, UX/UI user experience. He also trained to code Apple's apps using Swift programming. We can advice how to create an effective Apple's app; we can also (for an app or a website) advice how to create an user friendly, intuitive, with the appropriate changes to improve online traffic, internet presence, and usability by a target audience.

 

With ample experience with many healthcare settings, health programs, with clear understanding and formal training of the organizational, financial, marketing and legal elements of any type of healthcare practice. Dr. Du Mont is the medical director of Inwood Community Services in New York City, and he was for 12 years the medical director leading one of the only two Hispanic mental health hospital-based clinics (at New York Presbyterian Hospital) in New York City and had formal administrative training as a fellow of community and public psychiatry (at New York State Psychiatric Institute).  He has experience hiring, budget management, meeting regulatory and programmatic requirements, program funding, fostering the growth of employees and resolving conflicts by doing mediation and arbitration.  He has been member of the board and the executive committee of several community-based organizations.

 

He has supervised and taught psychiatric residents, social workers, psychology students in many different settings, and has proven expertise in cultural psychiatry, understanding the organizational, marketing, administrative challenges of patients of any age, and diverse cultural background populations. He had formal training about cultural psychiatry.

 

He has taken formal classes at General Assembly (New York Campus) of Digital Marketing, User Experience/UX and he is going to have training for App Mobile Development (iOS/Swift) this coming September 2015.
